CAB Welcome Week was a project that I worked on through the Promotions Office at Grand Valley State University. CAB stands for Campus Activities Board which is the name of the client this project was with. Their goal was to create a poster that encapsulated the feeling of a retro/groovy feel. They wanted the layout to be very much of concert style lineup that worked with the groovy aesthetic we were trying to achieve with this. As for the colors of this project, they wanted to stay true to their main color of the brand which is the bright teal that you see across all the assets there are for this project.
